This was an absolutely fabulous stay and completely made our holidays. The staff, especially, were polit and professional. Any minor problems we had were addressed immediately. We are recommending this hotel to everyone we know and we will be back next year. Once again, big time kudos to the staff! The night staff when i arrived were very welcoming and greeted my family and I as we blonged there. I don't recal her name as she was the young lady that checked me in but she was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the area. She signed me right up for the reward points program. I requested hot chocolate as it was very cold and she made a phone call and it was delivered in minutes. My oldest daughter showed up un-expectedly and I was provided an extra roll away bed and it made for a pleasurable stay. I have stayed here several times on business and this time was pleasure. This was a job well done. Thank you. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal in Sakura and were pleased that we could also order off the Woodlands Cafe menu. The food was excellent, as well as the service. I think I have found my new favorite property in Flagstaff!! Thanks for the wonderful experience. I will definitely be back. Great Service, I like your cleaning/maid, she was very helpful in getting us towels and loading our bags to the room in the middle of hte cold November night. Front Desk was helpful in finding us information on Grand Canyon attractions and services. Staff was friendly and efficient. Our stay was very very short. Enjoyed breakfast in cafe very much. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent!! Compliments to the chef. One of the best meals we had on our trip. Thanks. We drove up from Phoenix Hilton, their food was more short order cook.
